Information pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016

Dear customer,

here below we provide you with the++information++ regarding the processing of your personal data that will be carried out by Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A. with registered office in Nicolosi (CT), Piazzale Funivia ETNA SUD -Nicolosi Nord SN, VAT no. 00749890877, in relation to the services offered by Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A.

The –independent– controllers of the personal data communicated by you are:

  • the Company Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A. whose processing is governed by this information;

.1 Categories of personal data

Visiting and consulting the –WEB– do not generally involve the collection and processing of the user’s personal data except for navigation data and cookies. In addition to the so-called “navigation data”, personal data voluntarily provided by the user may be processed when the user interacts with the features of the Site or requests to use the services offered by the same.

.1 Purpose and legal basis of processing

The company *Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A. may process the user’s common personal data for the following purposes: use by users of services and features on the Site, management of requests and reports by its users. Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and entered into the company information system in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, including security and confidentiality profiles and inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing. In accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679, the data is stored and preserved according to the terms of the law.

.1 Cookies and navigation data

The Site uses “cookies”. By using the Site, the user consents to the use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Cookies are small files stored on the hard disk of the user’s computer. There are two macro-categories of cookies: technical cookies and profiling cookies. Technical cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of a website and to allow the user to navigate; without them, the user may not be able to correctly view the pages or use some services. Profiling cookies have the task of creating user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user during navigation.

The Site may contain links to other sites (so-called third-party sites). Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A. does not perform any access or control over cookies, web beacons and other user tracking technologies that may be used by third-party sites that the user can access from the Site; Russo Morosoli Invest S.p.A. does not carry out any control over content and materials published by or obtained through third-party sites, nor on the relative methods of processing of the user’s personal data, and expressly declines any related liability for such eventualities. The user is required to verify the privacy policy of third-party sites accessed through the Site and to inform themselves about the conditions applicable to the processing of their personal data. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site as defined above.

The Data will be processed using manual and computerized tools by personnel and collaborators of the Company and/or by external parties duly contractually designated as data controllers and processors. The Data will also be accessible – for the same purposes for which the collection is carried out – to data controllers belonging to the following categories:

  • parties providing services for the management of the Company’s IT system and telecommunications networks;
  • consultants of the Company or other parties providing services related to company services;

The Data communicated will not be disclosed under any circumstances.

The Data collected and processed by the Data Controller to execute the requests received will be retained for the time strictly necessary to complete them and will subsequently be deleted.

You may:

  • obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you;
  • know the purposes and methods of processing, the recipients of such data, the retention period;
  • obtain rectification or erasure, and where applicable, limitation of processing;
  • object to processing;
  • where applicable, receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you provided to the Company and transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Company;
  • lodge a complaint with the Authority for the protection of personal data.
